Tour Guide

Sales Support
Duties
Market researching, emailing and keeping the contacts with current and potential clients
Appropriate, professional, on time support and coordination with DMCs is provided to Sales Offices and our clients
Inspection and VIP tour coordination, preparation and participation
Coordination and preparation of internal and external familiarization trips in the cooperation with Product Team
Prepare supportive and professional looking programs and product presentations
Required Skills:
Education in Travel Industry or Language University
Good knowledge of MS office applications
Destination know-how of Croatia and former Yugoslavia region, including Albania
Excellent communication, organization and administrative skills
Flexible, team oriented and able to work under pressure
Global cultural understanding and acceptance is a must
The Job requires travelling
Excellent English and Italian languages in oral and written
